Ok I don't do the review thing but tonight it's a MUST AGAIN.SAM AND JOHN JUST BLEW IT OUT OF THE WATER. This place has some... stupid tasty pizza pies. So far never been let down. Pizza was good. I only purchased a slice and a dip. I would have been better to buying a medium whole pizza and having my own... dip as both almost cost the same price as walk-in purchased of a medium pizza. Read more
Poor customer service. Called to give feedback as the pizza we ordered was whole wheat and we found the pizza to still be raw... while we were eating it. The top was cooked but the bottom wasn't. The individual who answered the phone did not present theleast bit of empathy but instead argued with me over the phone. I was shocked to hear "I've been making pizza for 16 years, ifyou don't like it then dont order it". Was not calling to get a new pizza or a refund, just simply reporting my experience. Ordered a large pizza on line from the central number for the Ancaster store (Wilson St.) and was told 15 min. Went to the... store; they said they were backed up. I paid in advance, waited about 15 minutes and was then handed a rectangular box with"panzerotti" or some such thing which I did not order. This was after my wife received a call at home during which she said thatyes we did order a pizza Poor girl at the desk said she would see what she could do, but the manager came to the front, wasquite rude saying "I'm not going to waste another $20; this is your order, this is what you get". I wish I could choose zero stars for how horrible this managers customer service was. We had our order delivered and there was... an item missing. Upon calling the store, I was told I would have to go to the store to pick it up. This was not an option for usat that time. While trying to explain this to the manager, he rudely hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when I calledback. What a disgrace of a business. Disgusting! Read more
