With a group of almost 20, one might be concerned about food timing, or attentive care. The Kelsey’s team, were excellent with... us though. Even with a busy restaurant otherwise. Everything was delicious the only complaint and it's not really a complaint is they don't have garlic bread it's a bun either... dipped or glazed with honey and parmesan on top. If you aren't used to it it's sweet and unexpected. But it tasted good justwould have rather had a garlic toast. Service was exceptional and atmosphere was great. Would go back for sure! Read more

Our waitress, Christina was phenomenal. Perfect service and super helpful with splitting the bill. She had an extremely positive... attitude throughout the whole night. The chef working tonight was great as well. Had a table of 14 and didn’t mess up a singleorder, all bills were correct as well. The funnel cake fries were the star of the show. Been sitting here for an hour and a half waiting for nachos and honey garlic buns. Every time we ask where the food is all we... get is "I'll check." Tables seated after us have been served the same items we ordered. We will never be back here. Save yourtime, go anywhere else. Updated: after being told our food was coming soon, the manager admit he forgot to process the order inthe kitchen. The food came out wrong, cold, and with un-melted cheesy buns. The server, Bailey, was polite and apologized forthe issues. The manager told us we would get 25% off the table...which ended up being only off food. Nothing here went well. Read more

From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left we experienced phenomenal customer service . As soon as you step into the... gorgeously renovated restaurant you are greeted by the kindest hosts . I had the pleasure of being seated on the patio after thestorm had cleared up just in time to listen to amazing music by there DJ! The host ensured our seats were dry and we werecomfortable with where we were. Our server was Ross and with her sequin pants she really left a smile on our faces . We orderedthe honey buns (fantastic choice & recommendation) and they were gone in minutes. Dinner itself was delicious! Amazing portionsand the kids loved it! Overall just really mediocre and not worth the pricing. Service was off - asked if everything tasted fine then didn't return for... drink refills. Food lacked flavor and it wasn't put together well (bun too big for burger, condiments sliced way too thick, dryfries). Waters had 3-4 black specks in them; maybe filter media? A/C full blast when it was cool outside and raining. Therenovation is beautiful and I think the atmosphere would be great on a busy night but it's not enough for a return visit. Read more

This place was redone and we went on first day. The place was buzzing, serving staff was excited. The food was a bit late for... Thur evening. The spinach dip came overdone and dry. Staff was nice to change the dip but bread became cold and chewy.Regardless, the dip was great taste. Wings was ordinary, mash potatoes were less than desirable, steak wrap was good, loadedfries was ordinary again. Drinks were non memorable. However, on plus side, staff was very helpful, plenty of parking, ambiencewas amazing, portions were good. Price was reasonable. The quality of the takeaway nachos was horrible. We also ordered with it the potato/bacon skins which were very bad. I dont... recommend ordering Kelsey's take-out to anyone. I've always liked Kelsey's but the last couple times the quality has gottenworse. I will never return to this restaurant again. Read more
