Mediocre to decent food. Just wish they focused more on cleanliness and friendliness. Upper James location also stuggles with... cleanliness. I shouldn't have stuff on my shoes after walking to the bathroom. It's gross. The lady that helped me was notfriendly. I can't see this place lasting very long the way its going. They always have a tip option for whatever reason beforeyou even get service, so don't bother tipping because they don't seem to have gratitude. 2 stars because the food is sometimesgood. Read more
They say they are open until a certain time but if you arrive with less than an hour to close, 30min prior in my case, they will... tell you they only have one or two things available. In my case I am vegetarian and they said they could not make anything andthe staff gave attitude when I asked if they could make one of the options. They start closing too early and lost business as aresult. They were happy to see me leave?This has happened multiple times which is why I?m giving 1 star, I can understand onceor twice, and I?m not hasty to leave a bad review, but over 5 times now they start closing with an hour left of time on theclock. If you are open until a certain time then serve your customers until then. I?ve seen other people leave as well for notbeing able to order what they want.
