I walked in at 6:10 and ordered a 10 piece combo. the people who were working were polite, but the order came out at 6:50, and... it was really bad... we got food poisoning from the chicken. The rice and beans were soggy and really badly flavoured. Thepoutine was pretty soggy too (and I'm a poutine lover- couldn't eat it). Absolutely disgusting, I asked them for fresh chicken and he assured me that is fresh and said I will making fresh right now . ... I waited there for 15 min to get fresh one. My order was full wings. Eventually, not only was the leftover and fresh chicken mixed together, but all the whole wings I had ordered were in small pieces. Be honest with the customer. Read more

GREAT service, friendly staff and fresh food. The chicken (regular) was crisp, not oily and had flavor. Same can be said for the... chicken strips.. which may be the best fast food chicken strips I've had to date (they need to work on their dipping saucesthough) . Again, dry to the touch (not oily), seasoned all the way through and the perfect temperature when we got our order.May I add.. juicy! Very clean establishment as well. Read more

The answer is no. It's unfortunate. You can have the cheapestfood and amazing chicken, but if you still serve brown lettuce and your staff don't understand that it is better to throw it outthan to save your store a few cents at the expense of your customers, then you will not be able to keep regular customers.
