Used to be a great subway but now when ever i order a sub online the order is messed up (ex, the chicken patty replaced with... turkey and bacon, or just not paying attention to the ingredient amount). this only happens from a tall girl who works there,every other staff member knows how to take online orders, but the surprise to see who's working there to pick up the order isnot worth it.. I enjoy subway very much and usually order at my local subway on Osler drive in Dundas and all interactions and food has always... been phenomenal. However, I decided to order the same sub from this restaurant that I do every time with all the sameingredients. Unfortunately they were short or completely out of some toppings and I made due with what I could. The sandwichitself was unsatisfactory and resulted in nausea, high fever, vomiting and very painful bowel movements. I have never had thisissue at any other location with all the same toppings and sauces and so as a result I will never return or order from thislocation again. I went to this location just about an hour ago and ordered 5 subs (with some coupons). There was only one staff member working,... a nice young lady with her hair tied into a bun. This girl deserves a good amount of recognition from management-- she took hertime and made each of our subs very well-- while we were paying, we saw a lineup of about 4 people had accumulated. One large,pompous old man decided to make a scene, asking "what the hell was taking so long?" I hope this dunce knows that his visionobviously isn't top knotch; if he had opened his eyes, he would have noticied that one staff member was working and doing herbest. She remained professional through the harassment-- please management, give her a pat on the back for doing the good jobshe did handling that large order all alone, despite the unnecessary verbal harassment from that oaf of a man. Love that the Ancaster location has eggsalad. Most locations don't have it. The staff are not very friendly.
It was a great meet, as the process of ordering continued I had the sub of the week chicken teriyaki.
