Have been coming here for a while and usually no problems but last time I went I ordered and got my food and was missing my... sausage and only got bacon but it was a while before the waitress came back so I ate some of my food and when she came I askedand she said no problem so she took my plate and gave it to the cook and he took the bacon on my plate off with his hands andput it in a bin because I guess I had too much then I watched him take it and put it on a new customers plate. Been here a bunch of times now, have no complaints, food is amazing. Take out is quick. My recent experience I choose the... Omelete, it was bigger than my stomach lol. Food was great and appreciate you can substitute for potatoes or toast with veggie. Servings were large. The only improvement... can be made in service. Very attentive until we ordered (which we felt was rushed) and then not so much! We also had to wait awhile for our bill. Read more
Arguably one of the busiest days of the year (mothers day) I was seated immediately in the last available place. Promptly given... coffee and menu with relaxed and very efficient and friendly staff. I placed an order at 8:20. At 8:31 I received a call informing me that the order would be ready at 9am. Ok. They're busy. I... understand that. When I arrive at 9am, I wait in queue behind two others and she says that they are making it right now and shewill bring it out to my car for me. I wait in my car for 20 minutes. The gentleman who was inside before me is now outsidewaiting as well. He was told she would bring it outside to him, but he had to go back inside to see what the situation was. Heeventually leaves with his food. So, I wait another 15 minutes after he leaves and no one comes out, so I call inside at 9:46.No one answers the phone. I wait another 5 minutes and I decide to go back into the restaurant. The wait staff address no one,and scoot back and forth, packing orders and picking up receipts. There seems to be no delegation of duties or system to them.The kitchen staff is working extremely hard. By 10am I am finally given my order. When I arrive home we are missing an Englishmuffin and two pancakes. Our eggs have also taken on the imprint of the checkered wrapping, with squares of red dye deeplyleeched into the food.
