The food was tasteless to the point I couldn't eat it, never got the juice I ordered, my wife said her French toast tasted like... Styrofoam and was unable to finish her meal. This used to be a great place to eat. Don't know what happened. Read more
A wait about 5 to 10 minutes too get seated - about another 10 minutes to give our order for drinks,- 15 minute wait the girl... came by to give us refills for our drinks- that we had not recieved yet, got drinks and gave order to waitress, ordered a hothamburger and a western omelet waited another 35 minutes for food to arrive too the table. No vegetables or knife with thehot hamburger- no toast or knife with my omelet.Even had to wait forever or it seemed like it to pay the bill. It sucked Read more
We stopped for brunch on our way out of Hamilton on Sunday. The staff was friendly, the service was fast and the food was hot... and delicious. Will definitely stop there again. Read more

Been coming here for years last 2 visits have been different, it looks as if there has been an Ownership Change. Very slow... service, food was not great, overall experience not what it once was. We where here on a Saturday at 10:30am, usually packedtoday was empty, something has changed with repeat business. $16 for 2 eggs, Home Fries and a side is way to much. When I recently visited Egg & I in Ancaster, I found that the service was slow with only one server who was doing a great job.... We had 4 different servers that we kept getting rotated between. The ham and bacon had too much salt on them, and the pancakescould have been better. The eggs also did not taste fresh. Read more
Hate to leave a bad review but I?m just being honest. Came in on the October 29 at about 1pm. We ordered 2 steak and benny, side... sausage and pecan pancakes. The pancakes were delicious, a little under cooked but that?s okay. Steak and benny is justhorrible, the steak has an off taste to it. Almost like it was going bad. And side potatoes were not fresh and tasted like thegrill if that makes sense. We took 2 bites out of the steak before sharing our concerns with our serve. She was apologetic andtold me she would share her concerns with the kitchen and thats about it. Never asked if we could get something else, just askedif we would like our bill. She brought our bill over and did not remove the steak and benny. As I was paying I asked her why theitems weren?t removed. I was told she couldnt because there was no manager in. Which doesn?t make sense. After we paid theserver came back with some coupons told me ?these were for us, if we ever decide to come back again?.
