This place sucks. Waited in drive through tonight for 5 minutes behind the person in front of me. They ended up just driving... away. I waited 5 more minutes and still wasn't acknowledged at the drive thorough. Ended up going across the street toMcDonald's and was served in 1 minute. Don't use COVID as an excuse. Hire more staff. Can't get applicants? Pay more. You'llmake more revenue than the business you lose by not serving clients. Read more
I gave this location one star because I couldn?t give it zero. I spent 35 minutes in the drive thru line tonight and still... didn?t get my order taken. There were only 5 cars in front me when I arrived. This location was the worst location I have everbeen to before COVID and it even worse now. When I left the line I drove over to MacDonalds where they operate 2 drive thru?s. There were 5 cars ahead of me. I was in and out in 5 minutes. This place is the great go-to for a quick and filling meal that is unfortunately not as healthy as you'd wish it was, but can be... consumed while driving. Let's be fair when you ask for bacon you're not doing yourself a favour... but a flavour! Read more

Sad state this place is. The drive threw is a joke. Always extremely slow even when you're the only one in line. I hear they are... short staff but it's been like this always. Today I went because friends I was with wanted Wendy's but we drove away beforeordering. The car ahead waited what seemed 4 or 5 minutes before anyone even took their order at the speaker. Ok first, the store appeared to be under staffed but im telling you the people working here hustle their butts off and service... was pleasant and fast! I ordered the baconator and the sandwich was very well put together just the right amount of everythingon it. most importantly it was really fresh and piping hot! i come to this location often and im never dissapponted Read more
So the staff were playing music that dropped the f-bomb every other word in the back, but loud enough while sitting in the... restaurant to hear every word. Other parents with kids were not impressed either. I am always cool with music playing, but itshould be kept appropriate, especially when kids are present. The place was an absolute mess, in the dining room and in theback. Fries on the floor everywhere, not just by the fry area. Will not be going back here. Read more
