Horrible. Do not go there. The Wait was so long. Over 35 minutes. There was 3 cars total.( you can't leave once you order, your... stuck) They got our whole order wrong, in addition to forgetting all fries and other items. The chicken sandwhich looked andsmelled rotten. No lettuce on any of the burgers, they were extremely dry and scarey looking, After i noticed the order waswrong i tried to go to the lobby, it was closed so I asked the employee who was right outside the door smoking, what the numberwas, she said they didn't have one. So I left because i didnt want to wait another 35 plus minutes, once home i called to get amanager's number. The lady said I can't give you the manager's number and then hung up on me. My experience went really well. The wait was 20 minutes before i got my food but I didn't really mind. The customer service was... awesome. Maria was my order taker, cashier, and food presenter. Her customer service social skills is awesome. It's not my firsttime having her service and she is memorable to me due to her service. She is sweet every time I order food from here and shegives me the best service every time. She is very reasonable and accepts my requests happily. Maria asked if i wanted any saucelike ketchup and i said "yes ketchup and ranch." I checked my bag later and she gave me ketchup, ranch, and a few otherdifferent sauces which i really appreciated. I hope she is well taken cared of and appreciated at this workplace. Read more
Worker smoking right outside the door, foot propped up on the wall disregarding the smoke free workplace laws in Alaska. I... called corporate and gave all of my information and was promised a phone call back from the district manager. That for surenever happened. They also took my email to keep contact with. Never responded there either. No wonder they're going extinct. Read more
First they were extremely rude in the drive thru. Then they couldn't handle a large order so they made it in to two orders and... then almost the entire order was wrong. When I tried to complain they yelled at me. I spent $50 there. The guy wearing theBlessed shirt sure didn't act blessed. They were all just so incredibly rude. Read more
Service at this location has been spotty for years, and today was terrible. They were short-handed and running behind but never... told a customers that it would be up to 10 minutes for their food. My order was simple and it took 22 minutes to get a burgerand onion rings. Hopefully they can get some more staff and keep up with things better Read more

Nana the manager was great. Very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions. The ceiling was dusty and gross. Also Nana... asked an employee to take our order and he would rather stand at the office and talk for 5min and then clock out instead ofhelping us. But Nana showed off her smile, took no offense and helped us after getting change for the drive through till. Shealso let us know she would be with us soon and apologized for the wait.
