Your corporate should teach workers like Maria to ask to take I.D's instead of just grabbing them from customers hands.
The place is horrible. Every time I use the soda machine it spits massive amounts of the carbonated water or what ever it is... into my cup and all I get is foam. The floors are so nasty most of the time I don't want to touch anything and $7.50 to wash aload of clothes if you can find a working machine is ridiculous. I usually drive the 2 miles to get a better gas station. Read more
I go in really quick for icees typically no problem however this time I was dissapointed. Jolene I believe was her name at the... register I checked out at was to busy on her phone at first to acknowledge my being there. She made a point to finish her textmessage before helping me and picked her phone right back up before i had ever left the counter. Read more
So I come to holiday in Mt view everyday, I buy my things but there's times I need to use the restroom. We'll the new crew that... been working nights are rude as hell. I asked the lady y are the bathrooms closed, and I get "yes there closed" ok I understandthat they get certain individuals that vandalized the bathrooms, but don't take it out on the other costumers that come through4 - 5 times a day.
