My boyfriend took me out to breakfast for my birthday, and we had a great experience at IHOP! Our waitress Zoe was so nice and... attentive, and our food was fresh and warm. The kitchen accidentally made me cranberry crepes instead of strawberry and Zoenoticed right away and had them fix it for me. Overall had a great time! Read more
For an iHop, it’s pretty good and about why you’d expect. Good pancakes, decent breakfast, and quick service. Attentive... staff, however, the place could be a bit cleaner. Looks like they haven’t vacuumed in a while, and the overall surfaces needto be cleaned. For a chain diner setting, it’s good! Read more
This has become a morning staple for me and mom on Saturday morning. The servers there really care about you enjoying your meal... with them. The restaurant is always clean and the wait isnt to bad. The server was friendly and did a good job. As for the cleanliness, I was kinda grossed out. The floor was very dirty and in... need of a good vacuuming. Just awful BBQ mac n cheese sandwich, no BBQ or sauce on it, the noodles were oily not cheesy. Also ordered an iced coffee but... it was sour and/our the vanilla creamer had spoiled. They didn't offer to remake either item fresh, just gave excuses and wastold that I had to ask for the items like BBQ sauce, cheese, fresh creamer, etc... even though their menu has a descriptionunder each item detailing what is included. After a few bites, I started to feel nauseous and needed to leave quickly, but hadto wait for the staff to return from the back of the restaurant. They did remove the items from the ticket, but the lack of carefor the food being served at this establishment is appalling.
