This is a great neighborhood restaurant and the staff is very friendly. In the past, the fish and chips were the best in town,... and we generally ordered this dish. My husband and I ate there last week and were dismayed to find the recipe changed. Insteadof crisp halibut with a thin, tasty batter, they were heavily coated and soggy. We actually had to peel the coating off and onlyate the halibut. We were incredibly disappointed. We were told the oil changed, but apparently so did the coating. The food was nicely prepared and presented. The patio is lovely. Perhaps it was the time of day, but the music was way too loud... for dining (drinking might be fine) and the staff may have been spread a bit thin. We had a few things we needed to remind themabout. Amazing and fresh food. Friendly staff. They all work hard to make your experience as good as possible. Stop by after hockey... or in the summer after a round of golf. You won?t be disappointed. Being a friend or someone you really enjoy talking to because service is incredibly slow. Their kitchen is too small for the... amount of seating available. The food was served hot and was pretty good. I hope their service improves because the outdoorseating area is gorgeous. Read more

A bit of a stretch to give 4.0, but we were surprised, better then we expected!! Upon arrival, we inquired about the... Manhattans, right!!! But decided not to order based upon the drink wasn?t made with Antica vermouth (the best there is) andwent with the margaritas which weren?t bad. We ordered fillet ($45) and warm goat cheese salad ($16.50) to share between us. Lots of greens on the salad that we couldn?t finish. Steak was a bit tough but prepared nicely with huge portion of mixedvegetables and tasty mashed potatoes. We sat at the bar and had very attentive professional service!! Read more
