If I could leave no stars I would, absolutely terrible customer service, my boyfriend and I pull up to the ordering screen and... the dude already sounded annoyed, as a former food service employee I understand that work gets annoying that doesn?t excuse meto be rude to customers, we were completely respectful ordering our food and he just wanted to rush us and he also had a tone,very unprofessional, then we received the wrong food, there something wrong with this McDonald?s Read more
I felt rushed while ordering in the drive through, order a 10 piece nugget and for some reason they gave me a quarter pounder?... Did not give me any straws or sauce that I asked for. Ordered at 10:30am and the lobby was still closed? Read more
The computer were down so the girl at the front window had to take the orders manually there was about 12 cars in the drive... threw it took a really long time i understand that cause the computers weren't working but on top of it the order was wrong theburgers were not supposed to have onions but they did and I didn't get 1 of my quarter pounders I didn't realize till I got homeso it's my loss but tonight there service was pretty bad. Best breakfast of any McDonald's in Anchorage. If you don't own a car, like me, you'll have to to wait since the lobby opens... late. And they do seem to be understaffed. It's the smallest of the McDonald's restaurants I've been in but the longest waitI've had to place my order. Read more
McDonalds drive thru so my expectations were low, but holy smokes. 8:30p.m., went for milkshake and fries for the drive home,... of course the ice cream machine was out of order, changed order to soda and fries, got to the first window and was immediatelymet with extremely explicit music coming from the cashier window, glad my kids are old enough to not need explanations of whatwas being said. Music was loud enough to hear clearly through the closed drive thru window and my shut vehicle window. Pulledto the next window and had my items shoved out at me without a word, fries were soggy and cold, and my kids root beer wasbasically seltzer water with a light brown coloring and undrinkable.
