Drive thru was busy. Honestly, i don't think the 2 lanes help much. Still only one car can get served at a time!!!! I think it... causes confusion between drivers about who goes next after ordering in that lil "V" part. I know there has to be a lot of hangrypeople that agree. Read more
I've come a couple times around 5:30am. Food is what you'd think but it doesn't usually seem all that fresh. Luke warm... hashbrowns etc. The coffee is atrocious. The people are nice though and just doing their job. Read more
I love the deals available in app, but I wish that you could use receipt survey codes when ordering/paying with the app. Aside... from that- the food and service here is generally great and I can?t think of any complaints. Read more
Order was wrong, returned to lobby and rather than "I'm sorry we will make it right" I was treated with indifference. Shorted a... sandwich and a whole happy meal and another sandwich was made wrong. Read more
Do not bother Mobile Ordering here anymore. I have not had a negative experience at this location until today. I had used the... app to pickup an order and was forced to pay again at the window when I had an email and app confirmation saying that paymenthad gone through. I even checked my bank statement and confirmed I was charged twice. Also, the young boy who worked thedrive-thru today was very snarky and rude. He completely ignored me when I tried to confirm I was picking up. And when I showedhim that I did indeed pay, he refused to give me my order. OK so I get a cheeseburger add bacon and Mac sauce they gave me 2 cheeseburgers and it says right on there Max sauce and guess... what there's no Max sauce.
