Very delicious food. Advice for owner to train the waiters a little bit more ... saying to customers something like "Enjoy your... meal" and "When you are done, please pay at the cashier." This will make more welcoming and help new customers, since there aremany tourists in Anchorage. Read more

It is not too busy and it's quiet which is why I like to come here. The food doesn't take very long to come out. It is a very... clean place. I go there alone and like to have a booth all to myself. They have all the pho condiments that I expect to have.They start out at $12.99 & gets higher depending on what meat(s) you want in it. They have the right garnishes and they werefresh. I think 2 lime wedges instead of 1 would be better. I've tried the banh mi as well. The sandwiches have all the rightcomponents. I like the meat and head cheese in it. My girl suggested trying this place after hitting my bank, whatever she ordered was amazingly beefy. It had fresh cilantro,fresh... mint, and fresh bean sprouts all on the side with the noodles so they aren't soggy at all! They give you spice puree to add thatwas delicious but too spicy for my weak tummy. The broth was loaded with veggies and a CHUNK of lime. Not sure what spices theyhave in the broth to make it so damn good, and it had at least 2ppl worth of meat for only $11! My fried wonton appetizers werecooked perfectly and not greasy, also a great price. Egg drop soup was cheap and the perfect size, it had average flavor. Iwill be back. Read more

My first time here, mixed feelings about my first experience. Not sure they got my order right. I had ordered shrimp pan fried... noodle and ended up with shrimp crispy noodle. Two of us ordered soft drinks that never arrived and we had to ask for themagain. The ticket never showed up at the table and we ended up paying at the front counter. Those are the only negativeitems. And now for the great part. Despite not getting what I ordered, I decided to keep what was given since it looked prettygood actually. The food for the group was excellent. The veggies in the dish were fresh and we all left with satisfiedappetites. We ordered the ox tail pho, Mongolian beef, pineapple fried rice, and my shrimp dish. The food menu is immense, withover 135 items to choose from there is something for any size party no matter how finicky they may be. The price is fair for thequality of the meal and atmosphere which is clean and neat. There is plenty of parking but did not take notice of thehours. Would I recommend this restaurant? Most definitely! Will I eat here again? Absolutely willing to give it another try, thefood is certainly tasty. More stars are definitely possible with more time. Read more
