Have had some good pizza, have had some bad. Really depends on who's working, which by my standards is sad because I know... everyone is trained the same. Ordered a Buffalo chicken today....I've ordered this in the past but today why does it seem thatthey really skimped on the buffalo or didn't apply any altogether? I'm not crazy but I taste cheese, chicken and onion. Usuallyyour cheese and toppings "slide" because there is alot of sauce underneath. I ordered a pizza for delivery and waited about an hour and noticed it was taking a while so I called and they wouldn't answer... at first and then the guy finally answered and put me on hold for about 20 mins and then just hung up...I never got my pizza andI want my money back. Read more
They are unprofessional, always gives you the wrong food and won't answer there phones and even when someone answers the phone... when you ask to speak with a manager they'll keep asking you dumb questions, they'll get you on a line that'll ring forever andthen hang up on you. If you haven’t been to this Pizza Hut location on Boniface in a while- definitely come back! When we first moved here mid... summer 2021- we were homesick for Pizza Hut and this location was def going thru some changeover at the time. I can tell you-consistency is key (gave them 5 stars 3 months ago and my review hasn’t changed!) and this location is consistently excellentin cheap eats and customer service! Faith was awesome! She helped me at the register for my carryout order- made sure I checkedthat everything was good before I left- the food was fresh and looked great- was even better when I finally got to try it when Igot home! I am on a super restricted diet so this was definitely worth the cheat meal! The chicken Alfredo pasta is much betterthan the previous version! Pros- great customer service and cheap eats make it worth the visit for carryout! We typically getthin crust pepperoni w extra cheese- excellent carry out special AND food is fresh and delicious!! 10 out of 10 recommend thislocation on Boniface- thanks!! Read more

Fast service. The food was ready on time. The food was delicious and hot. Made for an easy night at home with the family when I... didn’t feel like cooking. The app is how i placed my order and it was easy to do and its a great way to order because then ucan login to the Pizza Hut Rewards program and get points on every purchase. Redeeming rewards is easy too, the rewards levelsget you free breadsticks, med pizza, med pizza +2 toppings, & Large pizza etc. They have Deals everyday available to claim onthe App or Online, the prices are so good. I saved so much last time that I decided to splurge and get a dessert item too whichwas cinnamon sticks w/ extra Icing... YUM YUM YUM. Im addicted now lol. We waited 2 AND A HALF HOURS for delivery! Food was cold bread sticks are always burned. If you're going to order from here do... carryout so you can check the food! Got hung up on twice when someone does answer you get put on hold for at LEAST 15 minutes!This staff needs to be completely re-done or they need help, either way get it fixed! Read more
