There are two Red Robins in Anchorage. AVOID THIS ONE! The service here is horrendous, and they always blame the staffing. ... They used the same arguments about staffing BEFORE Covid ever hit. Their fries are always cold - I assume because the waitstaff never gets around to delivering it. If you MUST go here, whatever you do, do not sit in the bar area (which is where theyalways like to seat small parties) because service is twice as slow. I waited an hour and a half for a hamburger, and theynever came back to ask me if I needed drink or fry refills. Nope, nope, nope. Read more

Ordered online. Showed up at the time it said order would be ready. Took forever for someone to acknowledge I was there, then... another 30 minutes to get my order.
