There are two Red Robins in Anchorage. AVOID THIS ONE! The service here is horrendous, and they always blame the staffing. ... They used the same arguments about staffing BEFORE Covid ever hit. Their fries are always cold - I assume because the waitstaff never gets around to delivering it. If you MUST go here, whatever you do, do not sit in the bar area (which is where theyalways like to seat small parties) because service is twice as slow. Ordered online. Showed up at the time it said order would be ready. Took forever for someone to acknowledge I was there, then... another 30 minutes to get my order. Unfortunately this experience was not great. We chose this restaurant because we were celebrating my daughter?s birthday. Her... favorite food is mac & cheese and loves red robins bottomless mac & cheese. When we ordered they said they were out of mac &cheese. Then another table after us was able to order the mac & cheese and had to question the waiter if we could get it. Heexplained some sort of mistake, I think it was human error. I had to ask for drinks to be refilled for myself and the children,had to ask for mustard for the burger for my kid, had to ask for the right sides to be brought because the wrong food wasbrought to us. Not the normal experience at red Robin I still gave them three stars based on previous visit but this last visitwas bad. Read more

food was good. margaritas were nothing note-worthy. i miss the days when they had a large separate menu of limited time burgers.... also i asked for a booth for the Mrs. and myself and we were seated in the crowded bar area, like they just did not want to sitpeople in the normal dining areas unless they were forced to. The service was much better than the last chain restaurant we visited. The server was attentive & very friendly. She was great... at her job. The food just okay for me.
