I love that they have their own door from the outside so I can bypass the shoppers to go right to Starbucks.
This Starbucks always runs out of ingredients, doesn?t accept Apple Pay, unlike all of the other Starbucks establishments I?ve... been to, and doesn?t have a great atmosphere. I suggest going somewhere else. Read more
Normally I don't have a lot of issues here, but today we had issues. We get home and find out the Horizon Organic milk we bought... was expired... For a month. It is Nov 30 and it expired Oct 31. Tried to call and Starbucks has no number, it lists the FM calltree number, with no options for them. I chose the option for customer service with no answer. Read more
Very busy store. If you're in a hurry...you probably don't want to come here. If you're shopping @ Fred Meyer its a decent place... and the atmosphere is great. I've personally noticed/experienced that the employees are NOT unfriendly or rude to theircustomers...UNLESS you're that way with them! Most of these workers have to live off of their tips and most likely live paycheckto paycheck. Read more
If there was an option for a negative number of stars that's what I would give. The most terrible experience ever. There was one... drink in front of ours and it took the guy 15 min to get his drink made. Then we sat there and waited and got one of our drinks.Waited 10 min..didny get the second one. So I went up and asked him if he was making it because he made 2 people's behind ustheir drink. He then proceeded to make 2 more drinks that were ordered after ours before he finally made the drink. Yesterday I visited the Starbucks on Abbot Anchorage located in the Fred Meyer. It took 5 people 4 min to get my coffee. I watch... them make other people coffee and the towel the used to clean the machine leaked it into somebody milk. That towel looked dirtyand the girl was touching it with bare hands. Also her sweater sleeves were touching the coffee that she just make. Overall thehigiene in that place is not to the standards. Is disgusting that they are using that nasty towel to clean the out of the boilmilk that goes into the coffee. No hair nets or gloves. Read more
I?m from illinois, so of course had to stop in at Starbucks while shopping at Fred Meyer! I was immediately greeted by two... workers with smiles on their faces! I couldn?t find what my sister liked, so Alexis made me a whole new drink that she came upwith off the top of her head! My sister loved it :) 11/10 definitely recommend! ?? Thanks Alexis ! Read more
