i ordered a caramel snickerdoodle macchiato. & i showed the lady what syrups & milks needed to be added for whatever size you... prefer. i ordered 2 of the same drinks. 1 small & 1 large . she charged me the same amount for both drinks $5.05 + $1.40 for soymilk. i ended up spending $12.00. she barley spoke english & didn?t put the lid on all the way and when she gave it to me itspilt and she didn?t bother to say sorry. i will not be going to this starbucks again ! ive always ordered the same thing andnever spent $12.00 on 1 large & 1 small drink. This is the second time I've come here and both times she's made me late. The drip coffee wasn't ready an hour after they... opened. They aren't busy enough to go through a whole pot in the first hour. Had to wait 10 min for the coffee to be ready. Iwont be back. Read more
Have been hesitant to come back after a girl with long dark hair and glasses made my drink the wrong way by adding syrup I made... sure to clearly ask not to be put in and she used the same cup, she just poured out the syrup. I came this morning and LeVernaand another girl I have never seen before gave me the most courteous and prompt service and made my drink right. Read more
LaVera was my barista today, my first time seeing her. I frequent here for a drink during my lunch hour and normally interact... with Cindy (who is wonderful). My experience with LaVera was very different, she obviously didn?t want to be at work. Made me asoy chai that tasted like dirty dish water. This could possibly be the worst Starbucks in Anchorage. I live nearby, but I will travel to other locations just because this... one is so terrible. Every time I come here, there is ALWAYS an issue. Sometimes I come and they are closed because no one showedup, and other times I?ve come and they are missing food items, ingredients etc. They should seriously consider closing thislocation. Today, it took 20 minutes for my drink because the ?espresso machine? needed to warm up (I was the only person inline). Of course I?m told the espresso machine wasn?t working AFTER I paid for my drink. Read more
