There?s 3 young employees that look completely lost, have no idea what they are doing and I?m pretty sure one trashed my salad... bowl because I had to run to the car to get him and gave my husband a complete other bowl FULLY filled with meat not heated upor melted cheese and like I asked for when I walked out. I worked for subway for years for my pregnancy leave they needassistance. More than just with how to take and make orders. Read more

Its 7:46pm right now. I came to pick up my online order at 7:40pm. The store employees looked at me, I showed my phone order,... they looked, ignored me and hid in the back. The sign says it closes at 8pm. The doors were locked. Really awful human beings!Will never eat a subway again! Read more

We had a great picnic lunch from This Subway today. The folks were happy, and glad to see us. The sandwiches were... professionally prepared, and the employees seemed confident and proud of their work. The place was spotless, and I will buyfrom this location again. I haven't had subway in awhile and kinda forgot how to order. I didn't even know what would go good together but Devonté was... very patient and giving suggestions, while in no rush to get me out. I was able to order fairly quickly tho because of hissuggestions where otherwise I would have taken forever. He was also very humourous, friendly, and not to mention superknowledgeable in what he does. I was very impressed. The sub I got was packed and the flavor combinations he suggested were onpoint! I stopped going to subway awhile back because of poor service, this was a great change and reason for me to want to stopby again! Great people and great food! ????? ???? Read more

Every time I go in Amanda seems to be working! She?s a great worker continuing to strive for sandwhich perfection!. I hope... they?re paying and treating her well! She told me she was born deaf but I couldn?t believe it! She works extra hard ( I couldn?timagine being behind a counter and still having to listen to customer orders while mouth reading!) through the obstacles shestill hasn?t made my sandwich wrong yet! provides excellent customer service and would recommend this place! I am super upset about my experience here. I ordered a sandwich for delivery that was literally two ingredients (meatball sub... with American cheese) and received a completely messed up order, as did my fiance. My sub had some sort of dressing, lettuce, nocheese, and the bread was undercooked. My fiance ordered the sweet chicken teriyaki and got the wrong bread, with unrequestedmayo, wrong meat, wrong cheese, wrong veggies. Absolutely abysmal. I don't see how this could have gone so wrong without theemployees intentionally sending out wrong orders. 0/10. Update 8/20/20: Our complaint we lodged with corporate subway wasbrushed off with a generic, auto-response email. Incredibly unfortunate experience as a customer. Read more

The food is so so good, and so healthy!!! It is pretty cheap too. The atmosphere is great! I would just say that the employees... need some work. They give you small portions of everything, so I always have to ask for more. (And this is coming from someonewho doesn't like that much stuff on the sandwich!!) The employees are nice, but need to be taught. Usually a bit of a wait, theycould have a better setup for the line. Great Place though!! My favorite!!! Read more
