Edit: Was contacted by taco bell and was told the were going to send me coupons for some free food for my issues. I never... received anything from them Went to drive through and made my order, the lady running drive through rang up wrong item. Iinformed her that the item was wrong and repeated again the item I wanted. She told me that the box she rang up was the only onethat had a beefy 5 layer burrito. I told her everything thing the menu listed the one I wanted came with and the price wich waslower then the one she was charging me for. She then argued with me and said if I was having issues to come in because what Iwanted was not on the menu. I went in store pointed right at what I was trying order and she looks at it and says it's wrong butshe would make it and discount the difference. I then get handed my order and it was the box she was trying to ring me up forjust with a beefy five layer. I handed it back and she took out the chulupa and had them make the Other items. She handed me abag with the items that were wrong when I looked in the bag it was still wrong. She was supposed to give me one of the cantinatacos and a chulupa supreme what I got was another beefy five layer and the chulupa. Read more
Food here was good, but cost more than it should. Restaurant was dirty but employees could care less. Double meat burrito was... tastey and Very fresh (hot temperature-wise). (That's where the stars came from.) Read more
i don?t write reviews. im 27 and can count on one hand how many i?ve done.. but i?m actually a fan of this location based on how... quickly the day shift gets to my clients with intellectual disabilities. but literally every time i come say war 8 pm, i canvisibly see the staff stoned and/or literally LOOKING et the window and not replying.i? have smoked weed since i was 13 andcould do better in my sleep. minimal customer service isn?t hard. i?d have taken rude people over no service at all. i thinki?m gonna retire this location completely from my rotation. huge shame. I have been here twice in the past month and both times they sent me home saying they were only doing DoorDash. I understand... that you are busy, but some drunk loser ordering food from his phone on his couch does not have priority over me physicallydriving over there and waiting in line for over twenty minutes. Do not say that you are open at night if you?re going to have medrive across town only to send me away after waiting in line. Jesus Christ. Read more
No one in this place deserves a job. I had to get them to give me items I paid for because they gave me like 3 things and... didn't make sure everything on my receipt was in the bag. Got home and and the two main items were burned and hard. Couldn'teven bite through the hard, old, stale chalupa. Very bad customer service and very bad organization. I have been to two TacoBell's in Anchorage and both are completely the worst experience I have ever had. Fire the manager and get someone who is notinterested in horseplay in the kitchen. Read more
Ordered a variety of items and I would of been better off just wrapping a head of lettuce in a tortilla at home.
