The staff working 11/5/22 at 145pm forgot to add my sauces that I requested and the Diet Pepsi zero I ordered taste like regular... Pepsi. The staff weren't polite and didn't show common courtesy, just hand me the food and clise the window quickly before Ianyone has a chance to say a word. Then people are more frustrated and inconvenienced by not being able to go inside the fastfood restaurant to have their orders corrected. Also for such cheap items that they serve their too cheap to issue a refund foritems they forget to give you. That's what happened the last time I went they forgot mu daughters meal and wouldn't even issue arefund also I ordered another burrito amd I told them to subtract the burrito and just add the meal they forgot before and thefirst thing the manager said to me was NO! That's absurd, irrational and a total RIP OFF! Taco Bell is a brand you cannot trustso don't have any high expectations if you order from Dimond Taco Bell. Read more
Nachos bellgrande and burrito were small and not worth the price. Service was slow.

On a regular basis this store is out of stuff and just weird. I see the hours on the website have actually changed to reflect... the hours they are open. Whatever you do don't show up anytime after 8pm you will be a Inconvenience to them. Read more
This is now the 3rd time this particular location (Jewel Lake, Anchorage AK) has prepared our order wrong. They did not include... my add on items on my chalupas and they did not remove items as well. This happened even after verifying the monitor at thedrive thru. I will not be ordering from this location in the future. Read more
Messed up my order twice. It's like none of the employees could hear me say "toasted cheddar chalupa deluxe box". First time I... went through the drive thru, they gave me just a burrito and a hard taco with cinnamon twists. Their excuse? They heard me seethe normal cravings box, an item not on the menu nor is available anymore according to the last time k was there. They ended upgiving me a thing of nachos and cheese and a NORMAL chalupa after sitting in the drive thru for an even longer time than thefirst time through. Is the toasted cheddar chalupa not available anymore or are the 5 teenagers working the store by themselvesall have some need for hearing aids? Highly frustrating! Read more
If you're living in the Jewel Lake area and you have a craving for some Tex-Mex then visiting Taco Bell is a great idea. The... drive-thru is a little funky because the line will literally divide the parking lot. If you see a line in the drive-thru thenpark and go inside for quicker service.
