I had never been here before and a friend recently told me that there was a chicken sandwich that is new on the menu. I decided... to come in and try it. I got the meal with a drink and a side.. Decided to get the fried corn as a side. It was good. The onlycomplaint I would have is that the temperature inside was about 55? so chilly for inside of a business. 15 to 20 minutes for my food turned into 35 minutes. 3 people that ordered after me got their food before me. One of my flats... had extra bones on it that I think was end of the wing? Ghetto area. There was a guy asleep or passed out in the parking lot.This was at 1PM. Read more

First time I ever ate here the food was amazing. Perfectly sauced wings and cheesy, seasoned fries. So of course, it being so... good the first few times I kept coming back. One night I decided to order through doordash and they forgot an entire bag of myfood. So, I ended up calling myself to ask about my food and was put on hold as I began driving to the store(still on hold onthe phone). Right before I arrive they take me off hold and explain to me they'll just make my entire order over and asked whatEXACTLY I got. I pull up to the store, they are NOT BUSY n the girl tells me, "oh we were wondering why there was an extra bagsitting here". As, they continue to make my "entire order over", they forget the SAME ORDER THEY FORGOT THE FIRST TIME, THAT'SWHY I HAD TO COME IN MYSELF TO GET IT. I didn't even want to stay there any longer, I had a long day of work and just wanted anice meal for dinner. All that trouble, I just thanked the cashier and left. One day I decided to deliver for doordash myself. Igo to pick up the customers order and the bag isn't sealed, my drink isn't made (I'm not being held responsible for a drink whenthey are slow enough, to WORK N MAKE IT THEMSELVES. I ask the girl if she can reseal the bag because I refuse to deliver it thatway and the customer think I tampered with it. She goes ahead and gives me another seal to SEAL THE BAG MYSELF and tells me, "they probably wouldn't have cared!" NO!, SHE DIDN'T CARE! Employees should be more passionate about what they do in the foodindustry, you are feeding OTHER PEOPLE! Use a HAIR NET, GLOVES, ENJOY YOUR POSITION if not then you shouldn't be working withothers, let alone others FOOD. I never returned since. Read more
They put sugar on my fries and salt? How does that happen? I walked into the store with no one there and nobody was at the... counter for the first 3-5 minutes I was in the lobby. There was the cashier chitchatting in the back. I waited patiently andthen another customer comes in to get his food, then the cashier comes from the back and helps the man and not me. I interrupther and ask for my food cause I was here first and she gives me attitude. I am pretty sure she was the one to put sugar on myfries. So immature, this was my first meal in two days and she ruined it. And ontop of it. They have me a clean up to go getsoda from them, and the soda dispensar had black bits coming out of the sprite. NASTYY. ABSOLULTEY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I did adoordash pick up btw, And for some reason 30 minutes after i have picked up my food, doordash says I still have a order to pickup.
