I have lived in Andalusia for over 30 years. I have seen many of the same comments regarding the pizza. The original store had... great pizza. Then the new store was built and the pizza went downhill fast. At first, I thought it was maybe the new ovensneeded to be broken in or poor training of the pizza makers but it still sucks years later. I heard someone say the just otherday that they always take their pizza home and finish cooking it themselves. It has never been cooked thoroughly. I, like mostpeople like to have the cheese brown and bubbly and the crust firm but it does not happen. I have been driving 6 ? 10 milesinto Milan to get pizza. Including the Casey's in Milan! That should not have to be when I live 3 blocks away. Other Casey?sstores are still good and have all heard the complaints and say ?we know?. The Andalusia Casey?s just doesn?t get it! Doneventing. Please fix it! Read more

Had to give kudos a young man who works for you. I am not sure of his name but he was working today 2-1-22. I don't frequent... Casey's but have stopped by a few times in the last two months. This young man has been cheery and kind each time. He is anice change from a lot of overworked employees these days. He is an asset to Casey's and you should consider him for amanagement position. Better hold onto his great service! Read more

The employees are not trained very well. They seem to know nothing about the store. Orders are not completed on time and the... food has gone downhill. Please re-train (or just train!) your employees on all procedures. And put receipt paper in the gaspumps for a change! Read more

You could be doing much better, I dont remember this being aproblem with the old building and staff Read more

Why do I give the Andalusia Casey's another chance??? It is beyond aweful. The pizza quality is not like it used to be, and... that's providing you even get it on time. The service is shockingly poor, understaffed and full of excuses. Actually the staffisn't to blame, it's 100% management or lack thereof. The old Casey's is sorely missed Read more

Told 35 minutes for two pizzas and an order of cheese sticks. Intentionally showed up 10 minutes late because they are ALWAYS... later than they say. I waited in the store for 40!!! Minutes longer. I seen them turn customers away from ordering sandwichesand no one was responsive. Worst customer service ever...too bad we have few choices in our small community. Read more

About a hr ago I witnessed something that seemed like picking with another employee. I heard a alarm going off in the kitchen... there was a young African american girl working hard cleaning and making pizzas in the kitchen. The manager I think her namesaid Jean or Jeanie took off to the kitchen. I heard her saying "You could have turned this off" the young lady said it was hersecond time in the kitchen and that she never used that machine before. The manager went on and got louder through out the storesaying she sending the girl home for no reason. The African american girl left crying. Felt like she was abusing her authority. That girl did nothing wrong I watched. I will never be back to this store or spend another dollar here if this type of behavioris tolerated. That wasn't right matter fact it was rude disrespectful and unprofessional the way people with a Lil more powermake regular employees feel so low! Read more
