I?ll give 0 stars if I could. Just called November 12, 2022 @ 10:49AM whoever that lady is working there in the morning... answering phones should get fired. I bought the COD game last night and saw that Burger King at participating locations aredoing a deal with them so I called to asked and she said ?no we?re not and if you call again I will report your number to thepolice?? Mam? you work customer service, I called ONCE to ask before driving over there and you threaten me? Glad they didn?twouldn?t want to ever spend a dollar there. Avoid this one. The one at Redding was nice and appropriate saying ?sorry we?re notparticipating in that? simple and short. Hope that lady has the day she deserves. Update : I?ve NEVER called a companiescorporate to file a complain before, but I did now, with all the proof. I?m still shocked to my core a customer service employeewould threaten to turn my phone number into the police for asking a simple question. You work for BURGERKING, they justannounced this awesome deal for gamers that?s all I wanted to know, I am flabbergasted. Fish and chicken were overcooked, only borderline edible. Service was fine, but slow. Milkshakes OK.
I love the burgers just sick and tired of immature ill prepared managers who can't rationalize the difference between explaining... to a customer why something isn't available to you even though it shows it on doordash and just ripping into someone becauseprincesses feeling got hurt. Then you place an order and even though website says open until 12:00 am and they answer the phoneits always a "YA UMM WE CLOSE AT 1130" Then call your websote people folks.. not worth it. Read more
I don't know what it is with the mid-day to afternoon crew, but they always forget the Spicy ChKing sandwich sauce and sometimes... even forget to make it crisp. It's disappointing and a real shame because the people in the morning always get it right and itshouldn't be that difficult to recall what goes in the own burgers that your company sells. I love ChKing regardless but due tothe fact that I didn't get the full experience because of the lack of service I give the afternoon crew a ONE star. I wake up every morning to eat breakfast there and let me tell you they have the kindest customer service and the ladies there... are such nice people, always loved the egg normous burrito it was a steal for its price and the chking sandwich is the bestchicken sandwich I?ve ever had before. The Whopper is just not what it use to be. Was not happy with the preparation. Very thin burger that tasted like it was... microwaved. BK has really lowered the bar on their quality but has not lowered their prices. Not a satisfying experience. Read more
They don't want to redeem there codes..They had a family bundle of 2whoppers,2chicken sandwich,2cokes,2fries,2 chicken nuggets... ,2 pies for 22$ wen I went to redeem the code it says no longer available then they shouldn't have it up there to get..THEYDON'T HOLD UP THEY'RE END OF THE BARGAIN THATS WHY THEY ONLY HAVE A 2.7 RATE FOR OUT RAGOUESLY BAD..
