Obnoxiously rude employees who argue with you about getting silverware to eat your food. I am shocked at the level of smugness... and rudeness. Not only was there an extended wait but the employee mocked me as well. I hope they can pull it together and learnhow to treat paying customers. Read more
Arrived at 9:22 p.m. in the drive-thru. Waited 5 minutes for them to help the customer in front of me. Pull up at 9:27 and told... they are closed. I point out I can go nowhere as they are serving the person in front of me. They apologize and tell me theyclose at 9:30 p.m. I look at my phone and it says 9:28. I tell them this and they say, well our clock says 9:30. I then tellthem that as a manager of a retail store my employee's a$$es would be chewed for turning away a customer before closing time.They just said sorry we are closed, as if that excuses their poor customer service. What happened to employees that cared? Ormanagers that emphasize you help a customer even if you have to stay late? Or owners that care that customers are being turnedaway and food dumped. They were out of a lot of stuff. Took a long time for fresh refried rice to get put out. We were done eating by the time they... brought it to us which was a mistake to do it that way because we like to soak up the juices with our rice as we eat the maindish. So we ended up taking home the rice and no one wanted it ???? Food was ok, just not a lot of choices. Don't go during peakhours when they get wiped out faster than they can cook. Read more

Definitely some of the worst Chinese food I've eaten. Order family dinner. Spent 34 bucks. Super dry chow mien. Mushroom chichen... was mushy in gravy.
