The manager Jessica is a horrible boss. She is bluntly rude to the customers with no remorse for how she speaks to customers and... employees. She is extremely obnoxious, loud, unprofessional, rude and treats the employees like dogs. She threw my food away anddidn't remake my order or give me a refund for messing up what I ordered. She also made a group chat with her employees to putthem on blast in front of everyone even if they did nothing wrong. She doesn't let employees take time off for their kidstelling them to schedule ahead of time, but won't show up so she can be with hers. Very sloppy, unprofessional, and should befired immediately. Bought a gift card from this store for a Mother?s Day gift and the first time she used it it didn?t work. I was embarrassed when... she let me know. I called the 800 # and they said there was a $50 balance and to go try at the store again. I went today andthey couldn?t get it to work. They wouldn?t call the 800 # and said there was nothing they could do. I offered to show thebalance on Popeyes site and they said it didn?t matter. It wasn?t their problem it was corporate?s problem and I need to contactthem again. I bought the card at this store and they wouldn?t help even though she said she was trying to help. Arrived at 8:20, asked for thier 3 piece combo. Was told we have cleaned everything up we close at 9:00 and we aren't going to... start the fryer for one meal. Actually very rude. You would think that $15 an hour employees would be on the ball and conscientious about what they do.......I ordered shrimp and... chicken through Door Dash and no one bothered to put any dipping sauce, butter for the dry rolls or a fork for the coleslaw. Thefork was an easy fix but eating dry rolls and fried shrimp plain is another story. $35.83 total for horrible food and noexpected condiments, what a waste and black eye on the Popeyes name. This is the place one goes to when they want KFC but are disappointed that there is no KFC near them. Though this is a very... uneducated stance as Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen offers large portions of delectable food at a steep, but understandable price.The generous amounts of chicken match with the restaurants delicious fries which go well with their ranch.
