Held out for hours driving north on i5 to reach this Sonic in Anderson, CA. Was starving when I got there and THEY WERE CLOSED... ON A SUN. AFTERNOON. All the other stores, fast food places open & running but Sonic's "system was down" at 3pm. Seems likesomething that could've been fixed before 3:00...? Franchise owners are clearly in over their heads here. I DM'd @SonicDriveInon Twitter about the closure and snotty, sarcastic worker, but they blew me off telling me to jump thru another hoop to relaythis info to owners... How about I don't?? Service was fast at this Anderson location. The crispy Chicken Sandwich was great and very HOT! The large vanilla Coffee drink... was made to order and just perfect. Better than Starbucks and Dutch Bros cause it's plain and simple. Read more
Nice food quick and easy. The staff are friendly service and reasonable Prize.
We have enjoyed Sonic in the past, but today: no fry sauce, no cherries in the cherry lime drinks, no mints and no napkins, and... completely dry toast with the chicken tenders (who eats cold dry toast). I understand they were particularly busy, but that istoo many misses all at once. It would have taken forever to get someone to bring the missing items as we already waited a longtime to get our order. It's rough eating finger food without napkins. Update: This is the second time I have submittedcomments on poor quality in a fast food restaurant, only to have received a link to the owner(s) to whom I should register mycomplaint. When a customer comments on your restaurant, it is the concern of management, the buck stops there. I will not doyour work for you by taking my comments/complaints up the chain of command. They fault lies with your management and youremployees, period. If you want to pass this along to the 'franchise owner,' be my guest. Read more
