Disappointed that this is labeled an A&W restaurant when I was told they only serve KFC fries, which I don?t care for and cold... cheese curds. Double cheeseburger was cold, but son?s burger was apparently warm. I stopped for the A&W name, never again; whata letdown. Read more
Waited almost 35 minutes in drive through and food was sub-par today. Fries had so much salt I couldn't hardly eat them. Need... to imorove on customer service... Read more
The food is average. They never seem to have very fast service at this location. However, at least the employee at the drive... through window was very friendly. It's not at the top of our favorite places to eat, but not bad for a simple bite to eat onthat side of town. Read more
Open for carry out or drive thru only. I ordered online. Got a message saying go in and pick up order it's being finished up. I... waited 15 minutes it hadn't even been started. Store was clean. Employees wore masks and gloves. They were very busy, butremained polite and friendly. Read more
Tonight I did the drive-thru for my family. The line went fast which is something I've not been used to. Food was ready when I... got to the window. Order was correct service was polite and efficient. Food is still a bit pricey but it tasted great and mychildren loved it. Only gave it four stars because it is still a little pricey. I don't do KFC that often, but we will be back. Read more
They kept the variety of buffet items coming. Great deal for the money. Friendly staff.

The main cash register wasn?t accepting debit cards. My family drove over half an hour just to eat here. My husband explained... this to the cashier and asked if she could possibly ring us up on the drive thru cash register (it was working). She got anawful attitude with us and said that they don?t do that but she guesses she could it for us this time. My husband said he didn?tappreciate her attitude and explained that it was uncalled for in this situation. She then tried to act like she didn?t have anattitude at all. We left and went to another restaurant with better customer service. Read more
