I always enjoyed my visits to Perkins' old Castleton location. While visiting Anderson I was excited to find a Perkins...bad... choice. The place was short on help and the hostess was our server, and she and another employee were cashiers. Orderedscrambled eggs, corned beef hash, grits and Rye toast.
