This is a really good Pizza Hut. Food is always on time and as ordered.
If your looking for the BEST pizza in Anderson you need to go to the Pizza Hut at the Payless plaza on Satterfield! Excellent... Pizza and outstanding customer service! It's totally worth the drive. Not very customer service oriented. The two cheapest items in my order were forgotten, the manager, I'm assuming, or the person... explaining refund/credit policy, tried to convince me I did receive my items, when I clearly did not, was very rude and clearlyin the wrong position(I'm not sure what that is since he didn't introduce himself). Ordered pizza and was told it would take 40 minutes. I sat in the front room waiting at 30 minutes and waited another 30 when I... had my mom call asking where it was. The delivery driver said she knocked, but no one answered. She decided to leave the pizzaon the ground rather than call us. So for 30 minutes the pizza was sitting on the ground, outside. I find it and its covered inants. We call to replace it and they say we have to give them the first pizza to make sure we didn't eat it and were lying.They are free to have the ant covered pizza if they wanted, but the second delivery person decided to not take it for obviousreasons. Oh, and the replacement left out part of our order. Don't get pizza here. The 53rd St. Pizza Hut is way better andmore professional. Read more
