This Subway and the Broadway Ave. in Anderson location are owned by same owner who refuses to accept corporate coupons from the... mail because "food costs are too high" according to signs posted on door. Spoke with customer service and they stated they havenever heard of any Subway location not accepting coupons. I have visted all other Subway locations in Anderson and they gladlyaccepted my coupons and food actually tasted fresher. I asked them about owner of Scatterfield & Broadway stores refusingcoupons and they stated they have heard alot of complaints from other customers about the same issue and he is the only ownerthat does that. I'm sure he is losing more money by not honoring coupons than the stores that do honor them. I guess he justdecided to start his own policy. Store was empty. Good luck with that. Read more
I pulled up at 8:15 pm tonight to eat here& thier sign says they close at 9 pm, & the lady employee refused to let me in. Boy... was I mad because I have arthritis in my knees, how very inconsiderate to a man with a cane. Read more

Tried going there today (11/21/2021-Sunday) to get dinner for my wife and myself at 5:45pm. When I got there all the lights were... turned off and the open sign was shut off. The door was locked. I checked on their website and says that they are opened until9pm. That was a lie since they were closed well before 9pm. I wasn?t the only one who was trying to go there to get some food.There were 2 other people who tried going there as I was there. Read more
Store was clean had to wait with no one else in line for them to make sandwich for someone who wasn't in the store. No prices... listed for anything only calories. Had hard time hearing employee but in the end food was good. Read more
