Worst experience ever. I asked one man if they accepted the coupons and I showed it to him.( he never told me which ones). I ... had them make my sandwiches when I tried to pay for them the other man said I couldn't use the coupon on the 1 sandwich. Longstory short I will not be going there anymore. We ordered 6 subs online at 3:30pm for a family function, went to pick them up at the time the gave us. 4:55pm. They didn't even... start on the sandwiches until we got to the restaurant and the girl at the counter decided to cop an attitude about how it was a"catering" order when we arrived for the pick up. It was NOT a catering order it was 6 sandwiches and you had an hour to makethem. Seriously?! Then waited 20mins for them to actually do what we asked an HOUR ago. No one else was there, the restaurantwas COMPLETELY empty. While waiting, no one showed up. Let me ask you this, what's the difference if a bus full of kids came andordered? None. Good food. Bad value. Though the value depends on how picky you are. If you like everything on your sub then it's fine value but... if you're like me (buffalo chicken sub with jalapeños and pepper jack) then it's totally not worth the price. Read more
