I wasn't planning on leave a review, but after I got the food and took maybe two bits I couldn't not leave a review. I will have... to go again and get better pictures, but this place is a true dimond in the rough. What I mean by that is if you were to driveby you would think probably not a good place to eat and walking in has a gash station dinner kind of feel, but when they bringyou that food and you take one bit your eyes are opened to 5 star dining!! There is other Japanese Stakehouses I have been tothat have much more appealing restaurants, but the food is not worth the price they want to charge. This place has food that Ialmost feel they could get away with charging more for. Highly recommend you go and check them out, if you don't like theenvironment just get it to go because the food is where it's at with Somo Go!!! Read more
Restaurant was clean and service was very good. After working at 2 sushi bars in Indy, that at the time 10 years ago were... ranked in the top 5 and top 2 in the city, I am a little picky when it comes to sushi. If it were me I would buy better qualitywasabi and ginger, or maybe just don't add so much water to the wasabi or something. That being said the nigiri I ordered wasjust ok. The staff is nice. The pork dumplings very good, the hibachi chicken and fried rice good. The prices average for the times. I... was disappointed to find that they no longer have Tonkatsu Ramen, but the new sign does say hibachi and sushi, so that's on me.I was expecting something "different" but I guess it's hard to sell something out of the average in Anderson. Last night my best friend, my son, and I decided to try this place and we were not disappointed!!! The portions were huge and... the hibachi chicken was cooked in the most delicious sauce! My 8 year old picky eater even liked it!! Not to mention the crabwontons were super good!!! We loved everything we ordered! Not to mention the awesome customer service. The owner is verypersonable and kind. Carried good conversations while I waited on our order and was in and out in a timely manner even with 3meals all being made fresh while we waited. 10/10 would recommend! We will definitely be back! I was disappointed with my meal here. It wasn't bad, but seemed like Americanized Japanese food. If that is what you are after,... this restaurant is for you. Portion sizes are large, soup and salad was included. I don't believe this is the restaurant for me. Read more
Service was excellent, food was awesome nice verity. I did notice online menu and restaurant menu had different items however I... ended up getting items off bothe menus. The price was good as well. I definitely will choose Sumo or Ninja of Japan movingforward. Read more
