I don?t know why I continue coming back to this Taco Bell, but it?s convenient because I live down the road. Some days I get... great service other days I?m treated like an inconvenience. I ordered my food tonight no issues got my bag realized I had Diabloand fire sauce in the bag I specifically asked for hot and mild when she asked me it?s even on my receipt. She opened the windowback up, she was annoyed I explained to her that I didn?t like Diablo or fire if I could get hot and mild she rudely said I gaveyou what you asked for and handed me a couple sauces and rolled her eyes. There was no point in her being that way towards me Iwas very nice to her and she did seem very overwhelmed but she had no reason to lie to my face when I know she heard me ask forhot and mild. So my daughter asked me to stop so she could go in and get her some more sauce, my daughter asked me why she wasrude to me and I didn?t know what to say, just told her she must be having g a bad day. Horrible every time I feel like they have something against me every time I order a simple burrito I tell them no cheese because... I'm vegan they put extra cheese on it ???? also I asked for my two burritos to be grilled the other day but no that was an issue because what I got back was not a burrito anymore it was so smashed and folded not rolled with the insides on the outside inthe wrapper full of beans and cheese once again after I asked them no cheese it's been ridiculous I'm never going to this placeagain Read more
This is the worse Taco Bell. I never complain but this is a rip off. Literally everytime I give this place a chance, it gets... even worse!!! Might as well have just ordered Chips!!!???? Read more

The lady taking my order over the speaker was very hateful. It was lunch time and I asked if the breakfast box was all they... offered (as far as boxes go) and she snapped, " We only sell those at breakfast!" I replied, "That's good to know but that's notwhat I asked but you have a nice day." and then drove away. Read more
