I can't really review much about this Toco Bell because I don't go very often. The few times I have gone the food was your... standard Toco Bell food. Not much to say in regards to that. This last time I went I waited in line for 10 minutes and finallythe people behind me drove off so I was able to back out and drive off as well. Not going to lie, ordering food late at night here is a hit or miss. The staff seems to have a hard time making sure that orders... are accurate or being handed out to the correct people maybe. But I?ve also had orders missing receipts. Despite that, staff hasbeen willing to replace my order and make it correctly when I come back even without a receipt. Worst Taco Bell in the area. Placed a mobile order, got out to go into lobby to pick up order marked as ready, discover the... lobby is closed in the middle of the day. So I then had to get in the lengthy drive through line to get the order. By the time Igot to the window the food was already soggy. Outside of this incident every other time I come here the order is wrong and it'sincredibly slow. If it's that understaffed just close it. Read more
My husband and I went in there today and ate very clean food was freshly made and tasted great they was just getting ready to... close the dinning room because they wasn't fully staffed to have it open that's the only suggestion I have to hire more peoplebut I know it's hard to find people to want to work. Yeah, I pretty much try to avoid this Taco Bell at all cost. The food is subpar. And there's not a lot of care taken into... preparing this food and making it good. I don't know if I've only maybe once or twice got through the drive-through withouthaving to have them correct the order because they forgot to put something in the bag. Read more
One of the worst Taco Bell experiences I've ever had. I use the app to order. The app had a challenge on it for nacho fries, so... I tried to order them with other items. But this location did not have them, so the app would not place my order at all. I thenasked if they would give me the app offers, they would not. I ordered 2 customized crave boxes, they were great. I also ordereda 12 supreme taco box (6 chicken, 6 beef), 2 crispy chicken tacos and several chips and nacho cheese, and several churros. Ifinally got my food 20 mins after ordering. I took my order home. The nacho cheese cups were only half full, the crispychicken tacos as you can see in the photos, had a piece of chicken half thee size of the tortilla. I had to take the two andcombine them to make 1 taco. The supreme chicken tacos were good. The beef there was such a small amount of meat on them. Idon't usually leave negative comments, but I never have this bad of service from anywhere. Probably won't return to taco belluntil the can fix these issues. Read more
Ugh! I ordered on the app. I chose the option to pick up inside. I got to the store, parked in the "pick up and go" spot and... attempted to go in and get my order. All doors were locked. I was forced to go through the drive thru (which at 5:30-6pm isalways packed), exactly as I was attempting to avoid. It took 15 minutes to get through the drive thru to the window. I get tothe window and they had no idea which order was mine. I asked them about the pick up and was informed that that is onlyavailable when the dining room is open. I have not seen the dining room open since before Covid. When i got up to the window,every staff member I saw was busy on their phones. I get my food and something told me to check my food. I had ordered 3 softtacos, no lettuce. All three of them had lettuce. I also ordered nacho fries, which were missing. I get back in the drive thruline. I get back to the box and explain, they said they would take care of it. Queue another 15 minute wait to get back to thewindow. The young man looked at me like I had three heads when I told him I was there for the remake order. I finally get thefood. I pulled up, checked the bag, and surprise surprise the fries were still missing! I just drove off because i refused to gothrough the drive thru a third time! All in all, I spent over a half hour getting most of the food that I was supposed to beable to walk in and grab. Read more
