The food has been great but, you need to slow down. It is important to let the customer order their food without being rushed. ... Also, take time to make sure everything the customer ordered is in the bag. It comes down to quality and control, when I orderan Apple Pecan Salad.. please make sure the pecans are in the bag. Horrible experience very unprofessional kids are running the place!!!! I usually prefer Wendy's, but tonight they disappointed me. I mainly chose here over McDonald's because I was craving a frosty,... but they're out of frostys. The app doesn't recognize that kids' meals are $2 after 4pm. There was no dipping sauce for thenuggets. But the WORST was when we got home and realized they'd given us moldy apples. There's no "use by" date on thecontainer, so no way to know how old they were. Read more
The Crew working tonight 7/24/22 @11pm deserve a raise!! I have been to this location several times late night. I usually order... the same thing. 2 double stack biggie bag?s, both burgers with no onion and extra pickle, barbecue sauce for the nuggets & arefreshing dr. pepper to wash it down with. The women was very friendly and efficient!! She was very courteous when we neededto add more at the window. Our food came out hot and exactly what we ordered and how we ordered it. Not only that the burgerswere delectable and visually appealing. They didn?t look like somebody slapped them together and threw them in a bag, like theyduring previous visits. Garbage. Always mess up my order, spent $40 on 50 chicken nuggets, didn?t even get 50 and they mixed in spicy ones with the 40... nuggets I got. I have 5 kids, they didn?t eat the spicy ones. We live 2 minutes away and our food was cold when they said theywere making it all new? yeah, Never going there again! Read more
