I'm normally not a hater, but this was a hateful experience. My daughters and I pulled up to get ice cream and drinks after... shopping. Pushed the button in the car hop lane and after waiting a considerable time was told they weren't taking orders thereand I should - but I couldn't understand what she said she said it so fast. So, I walk in to ask. The manager says they're doinga shift change and can't do it, but then am told if it's just a drink order they can do it. I should have left then. Long storyshorter, it took over a half hour to get our order after buzzing again after 20 minutes waiting to get it. I would have left ifI hadn't already paid for it. Read more

Very very slow. Have like 4 cars parked here and I waiting for food for over 40 minutes. I wonder how long they take if it?s... busy. It sad I had to wait for my food because I paid for it with a card right away. Don?t come here, slow staff. Lastly, thedude that gave me my food just walk up and gave me food and walked off. I ordered online to pick up my order via drive-in. Waited about half an hour and still had to press the red button, not once,... but twice to get staff's attention. No worker ever apologized for the wait or anything. We've had good experiences in the past,but sonic isn't what it used to be. Read more

Such a terrible experience! After pushing order button, it was about 10 minutes to order. But then it got way worse. Ordered 4... drinks and waited more than 30 minutes. People that hadn't even arrived until after we ordered were getting food and drinks. The screen stopped showing order being prepared in kitchen, so I asked server. His response was he was the only server. Finallywhen we got the order, one of the drinks was wrong... Will avoid this place entirely. Read more

There were 2 cars in front of me when I got there. I waited 15 minutes before I ended up leaving as the person in front of me... was still waiting to order. Sadly I just wasn't willing to wait longer as I feel 15 minutes is excessive for a fast food drivethrough. Read more

LOVE. LOVE LOVE -.-.-.EDITED.-.-.- Yesterday (7/5) my mom and I went after the storm and there was a crazy line and the guy... taking our drive-through order asked us to be patient because there was only 2 ppl working. They were courteous and I give themlots of props because that was awesome!! That's dedication and I love it!! Kudos to those guys!! They deserve a raise!! Tried to order using the app and it said they were closed even though we were in line. After spending 15 minutes in line I was... ordering a asked about it not letting me use the app for my half price drink. They would not honor the price and were notoffering any discounts or coupons on your next visit because of delays. It took another 10 minutes to receive a drink afterordering. We were told we could get out of line and wait another 15 minutes for Happy Hour. You also can't wait and order fromthe car hop stations. Not impressed with this location and would not recommend stopping here. Read more

Service was great. Ice cream was good as always. Go get a blast you know you want one.
