I left a star off for lack of room and as such a terrible staging system. Other than that, if your new, ask for help backing in.... The slots are very narrow, so watch the tail swing in and out. There is ample head room though out in front of you know whatyour doing and set up right, to be almost in line with the hole before your trailer goes between tractors. Usually not a bad place to eat, with the occasional mix up/issues. Wait time is typical, but food is almost always fresh.
What is giving 5 stars but my granddaughter use the app to order the meal but when we picked it up they had the wrong meal they... had somebody else's instead of ours. Took it back up there to get the right Neon and they still could not get our meal right. Ithink you just a little understaffed or a little under party be doing big large men's like that not sure which. Read more
Ordering ahead thru the app is totally redundant. Ordered 5 slushes before leaving the house, (5 minutes away) once I arrived, ... it took them an additional 10 minutes, once I reminded them that I was there to pick up an order. The drink was great. We ordered through the app and showed up a few minutes late and we still had to wait for at least 10... minutes. It came to my attention upon our wait that the timer was being cleared before our order was ready. We were 2 minutesinto our wait when it said it was on the way but clearly wasn't. ???? Read more
This Sonic tends to get my order wrong from time to time, however, they employ alot of local teens who need work experience.... They do try hard to correct the errors with due diligence. Food is good, and fresh. This store usually has all their items thatare listed on the menu despite supply chain issues. The drive-through speaker is broken, and some of the screens on the stallsdo not work. Despite the issues this Sonic has I still go there and usually have a semi-pleasant experience.
