NOT 24 hours. Sign says closed from 12am-5am. Waited for 10 min at the door from 5:05-5:15. Guy ignored me the whole time.
They aren?t giving access to bathrooms today 03-2722 time was 545 pm the clerk at the counter was completely unprofessional and... he told me they don?t even have bathroom for themselves . This establishment has turned my entire family away from doing business or spending our money at any 7/11 establishment. On... numerous occasions we have been treated rudley and shown nothing but disrespect. Our most recent encounter was with an employeenamed Jackie. Not only was Jackie rude, she also allowed obvious friends of hers. To step ahead of mutiple people in line. Andthen told us and several other costumers that her till was closed and we could not purchase what we came for. We have 12vehicles in my family and 7 in my business. On Aug 6th 2019, I stopped for a slushee. I found a cat someone abandoned. Employees said someone drove up and dumped her off.... She had a collar on as well. Well she is the best cat, she loves snuggles. Whatever happened for her to be abandoned, andwhoever abandoned her... She found a good home. The employees where so nice and gave her food, water and a box. She was onlythere since that morning. Read more
This store is horrible. Mornings are crowded the coffee is always out no sugar no creamer. The coffee station is always dirty.... The two women there are not capable of running that store in the mornings. The prior manager had the store so organized cleanand in order. I was told she went to a new store on 29 please bring her back. They will see you standing at the register andwill continue to do other things before waiting on you. The African American female with the glasses that works weekends is rudeand not a people person at all. Never smiles speaks or says thank you. Read more
I go there after a 16 hour shift to get gas, and the doors are locked. They?re saying they?re closed. When in the hell did 7/11... start closing? Shift change I understand but closing? And the stop a minit was closed before I got there. I couldn?t pay the thepump for the gas because I was using Apple Pay. I?ll never again in life go to this 7/11. And I will be calling cooperate. I called up store day before to confirm see if they have off road diesel, I was told yes, I ask how much, told $4 gal, next... day ,I went there spoke to cashier she confirmed $4 , I paid $500 register,@ pump $4.65 read, I immediately went back instore, told them about price difference, Manger look into it, and said that price $4.65.
