Had lunch here today. First time. Loooooved it! Great place. The food is so fresh and good quality ingredients. I had a... vegetarian burrito. Had a steak quesadilla. They have amazing options for vegetarian/vegan. Also great for meat eaters alike.Something for everyone. Large portions at a great price. Clean, friendly. Definately going back soon. I think I just found mynew favorite place! ???????????? posted some food pics, so good ???? did I mention the salsa bar?! ???? Read more

Just got home with my $11 burrito, no chips, no nothing else and it is disgusting. Straight into the trash. I should have left... when I saw how dirty the place was. Splattered food all over the prep area and food all over the floor in line. Read more

Very dry burrito even after putting salsa on it. Not a fan of the salsa either. Odd layout. Staff was friendly. That's about all... it had going for it. I won't be back. Other chains are better! Read more

Similar to another national fast casual Mexican restaurant. I liked the flavors and options but the chicken was not hot in my... burrito. The drink selection was very minimal but the free salsa bar was good. Read more

Had a positive experience here. The food was great, but I ordered pick-up and didn't realize there were *two* bags for me: I... assumed the one bag I took, which itself contained two bags, had all our food. I hadn't accounted for the chips. So I calledthem up and they confirmed I left a bag; the worker I spoke with was very nice and knowing that they were quesadillas, offeredto cook up another order free of charge. She assured me it was no trouble. I was quite grateful; this was a pregnancy craving Iwas satisfying for my wife and everything must be as perfect as possible, lest she melts me with her fire-breath. This place has gone totally downhill! I ordered tacos Got a little meat and barely any toppings and the meat was burnt! Not to... mention the benches your pants or your legs will stick to them because they?re filthy! Employees are very unprofessional notfriendly at all I was at the restaurant on July 21 at 6:50 PM. If you want to get sick and upset this is the place you need togo! Unfortunately I had to give it one star because this place does not deserve any stars! Not to mention I paid over $26 what atotal rip off!! Read more

Seems odd to have to remind the tortilla employee that a Tofu Burrito needs, you know, tofu. Whatever. I told the toppings... person (who didn't at all seem to recognize the difference between "a little fresh jalapeno" and "the biggest handful of freshjalapenos you can fit in your hand" -- and the same with pretty much every topping I asked for) that I didn't want chips, butapparently my no-chips message didn't make it to the cashier as I was paying, because she readied a basket with chips. Expecting that it was about to be my basket (since I was the only person in line), I told her, "No chips, please" and when shewas handed my burrito, wrapped in foil, she, in turn, handed it to me. I've never not been given a basket. Just to be clear, Ididn't say, "No chips and no basket, please." I thought maybe I'd find a stack of fresh baskets near the salsa or something, butthere was not. Every table I looked at was dirty and while I ate, I counted no less than six employees standing behind thecounter, talking loudly about TV shows and other topics which didn't at all seem work-related. Since I'm traveling and I don'tplan to return if I have a say in the matter, I truly don't care about any of the above, but I mention this for customers whoare expecting a normal burrito experience here. You'll need to stay on top of the process to make sure you get the food youwant, and an actual basket if you dine in. And you may want to bring your own table-cleaning supplies. Read more
