HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I ordered a medium Butterfinger blast extra Butterfinger and a medium cookie dough blast. They put... the toppings literally just on the top and the rest just vanilla ice cream. The ice cream is awesome. The milkshakes were made to perfection. Theyvwere not to thick or to runny. My family loves the trips.

Did an online order for a cake on a Saturday to pick up for a family event on Wednesday, giving them plenty of time. When I... arrived the two teenagers behind the counter looked at me like I was crazy when I said I was here to pick up a cake. They thenjust said hold on and left me standing for a good 10 minutes, while one disappeared and the other helped others. When hereturned he came to tell me that the person that was supposed to print out the cake orders did not, they saw that I had it andpaid for it but blamed another employee. He said the two options I had was to take a plain cake they had of just vanilla or themanager will come and have a cake ready in 5 hours. Seeing how that then was when the event was I asked for a refund. They werejust doing the job at hand so I didn't want to make a big deal with the teens but I felt the Manager should have taken betteraction. They should have contacted afterwards and tried to make it better, but I never heard anything after. I even emailed tostate my concerns and no response. Bad business ethics. Walk up window review only... I imagine drive thru might be a blast. Heard good things about the franchise, and went out around... 7 on a Friday night to this location to enjoy some ice cream outdoors. They were busy, in all fairness, as the drive thruwasn't stopping. They had 5 or 6 people handling the drive thru window and all looked busy. Had someone so much as told usthey were only doing drive thru while we stood there awkwardly occasionally getting a glance... but only the briefest direct eyecontact... we'd happily have gotten in the car and just ordered drive thru and eaten in the car. Instead we got what I couldonly describe as a couple disdainful looks from people who looked to busy to be bothered with customers actually planning oneating there on the benches. I get it if you are too busy to handle anything but a drive thru... but at least put up a sign,say something in passing, make a hand gesture... anything but giving us looks like we were doing something wrong standing thereat the order window waiting for someone to acknowledge us. In the Fall, Brusters always has special fall ice cream flavors, and I mainly go for the warm apple dumpling. I gave them 3... stars, because the Apple dumpling wasn?t warm this time. Next time, I?ll try the pumpkin ice cream. Read more
