This Chick-fil-A always comes up short in comparison to every other location we've been to. It's always something wrong like... cold, stale fries or missing items. This last time I was missing a large soup. When I called about the problem, the lady I spokewith was nice and said workers would be retrained. Furthermore, the missing item was taken care of through the app, so we'rehappy about that. It's just upsetting that we gotta drive all the way uptown to feel confident about our future Chick-fil-Aorders when this location is only a few minutes from home. Read more
Excellent food but one of the employees is wayyyy too friendly and is just constantly back at the table asking us how we're... doing and always trying to take our trays back and clean the table while we're still eating, makes me not wanna come in evenbecause it's so annoying. Always a long line but their staff work hard and move through the line efficiently. Any other place if you saw that line you... would think 45+ minutes. They are great at ordering, guiding the line forward quickly and consistently have everything youordered (with extra sauces or napkins etc.) and hot and ready to go. They have the best fast food in the world and there is no question about it. I may miss the peanut oil fries from the 90's, but... I'm okay with how they are today if everybody can enjoy waffle fries. As I've tried to pull- back from the fried stuff, thegrilled options and salads are fantastic. You can't beat sweet tea with light ice (sensitive teeth but also more drink), andZesty Apple Cider Vinegarette on a Cobb Salad. That or a Grilled Wrap with Avacado Lime Ranch is an incredible lunch. Theseasonal food I very much miss is the Grilled Chicken Lemon Kale Caesar salad sold on 2021. I'd love to see it return. My onlycriticism of this franchise is related to employee treatment concerns that simply mirror my concerns for other franchises aswell. Everyone is always scrambling and frantic in the kitchen and it is a little frustrating to watch when the employees areputting on legitimate smiles to provide excellent service. Having worked in food service I understand that rushes are the crazytime of the day, but the stress on employees should be reasonable. The service is great as it has been for decades, I just hopethe employees are valued for who they are and not what they do. I won't be the judge of that ultimately. I have always loved this place. The food is delicious and always fresh. No matter how long the line is I have never waited more... than 10 minutes in line from the start of ordering to picking up my food. The service is magnificent. The staff always has asmile on their faces and joy in their tone of voice. This is the only place I go to eat and never worry about if my order isgoing to be correct.
