Considering not eating here again. I love chicken salad but the service here is subpar. My order has Been filled incorrectly... on multiple occasions. One of the sides is missing, or it's a scoop instead of a sandwich, or they left the tomato and let usoff when it was specifically asked for. Today was really the last straw. There were multiple staff standing around talking toeach other or using their cell phones. There was no one else ordering food inside or through the drive-through and yet my foodtook twice if not 3 times longer to be made than usual... and I didn't get everything I ordered. It's really sad. I lovechicken salad chicks food but the consistent low standard of service has made me not want to go back here anymore. Read more

I went to Chicken Salad Chick for the first time today. I got the Fruity Fran on Wheat toast with their baked potato soup. It... was good. I agree that almost $10 is a bit pricey for a sandwich and a side, but food prices have risen on almost everything. AND they gave me little cookie with my meal. I will eat there again. Read more
This place was great. The chicken salad blt sandwich was very good and the potato soup was awesome! The service was great and... they were very patience while we decided what to order from the menu. The dining area was very clean and hand sanitizers wereavailable. The servers were very courteous and they came to our table to check to see if we needed anything else and also toclean off our plates from the table as we finished. Read more
I had my first experience with Chicken Salad Chick today at their soft opening. It was way more amazing than I could have... imagined. I?m very picky when it comes to chicken salad and really any food! This will definitely become one of my regularspots. The staff was wonderful and our cashier Gwynn (I believe that?s how she spent it) was super helpful with explaining allof the ingredients of each item we asked about and very friendly! ??????????
