I ordered Santee Fe Crispers ....which is fried chicken....what i got was grilled chicken. I could maybe understand one screw up... but this has happened to me three times now. Do your employees not know the difference between fried chicken and grilled? Read more
Absolutely the worst experience I?ve had in a long time. First we waited and hour for a seat after being told 20 minute wait... even though the place was almost empty. Finally got a seat and got to order. First the drinks were wrong, so we tried again. Gotthem right the second time when appetizers arrived they were microwaved, poorly actually, and I believe about 17 days old. Whenthe entrees arrived they were wrong and microwaved poorly as well. We got there and I could tell that they were understaffed so I didn't mind waiting 15 minutes for a table even though the place... was not really busy. Once we were seated one of the first things that I could tell was that the AC was not working it was so hotin this establishment. The waitress you could tell was new she did wonderful. The only reason that I'm giving this place a threeis because of the quality of food. It was bland at best the ribs had so much fat in them that we could not eat them. My daughterdid love the children's mac and cheese though. We did ask for to go cups but they were never brought once we paid and ourwaitress we did not see her after so we could not ask again. We waited FOREVER for a table. Food was surprisingly good. Waitress did not get in a hurry with anything. Our app came out... with the food- kinda loses the point of an appetizer... There seemed to be plenty of waitresses and they were only seating maybe1/4 of the tables- maybe the shortage was in the kitchen? Our entrees were really good. I especially liked the Mexican corn. The Chipotle honey chicken tenders had great flavor. The... queso skillet was a little disappointing as it came out barely warm and seemed mushy. I do love their thin tortilla chips. Read more
I went here because every other steak restaurant was packed. I figured that I couldn't go wrong with Chili's. Boy was I wrong! I... ordered a ribeye with extra garlic butter on the side, corn on the cob and Coke Zero. When I got the steak, I was given regularbutter and no steak sauce. The corn was BURNT! When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that the "street corn" is supposedto be served that way (keeping in mind that I never ordered street corn). I got another corn and more regular butter for mysteak. I had to request garlic butter AGAIN to get some. When I finally got the garlic butter, my steak had cooled so much thatI had a hard time getting it to melt on the steak. I definitely won't be going back. Read more
Service was SLOW and I was outside when the bill was paid but the waitress definitely tacked on around an extra $10 to our total... after the table card machine conveniently wouldn't work so not only did she get a cash tip she gave herself a tip too LOOKCLOSELY AT YOUR RECEIPT!!! Read more
