They got a 2 vs a 1 because I usually have an ok experience there (not great)... I go there the first time and they said they... couldn't take CASH... I come back and they say "oh you came back"... surprised??.. had watched the guy before me get his foodand apparently he was a buddy or obviously treated better for some reason.. he ordered a bowl and it was ridiculously fullrunning over the sides.. no way a lid could have fit normally... I order a bowl and asked for more rice and beans after gettingbarely a spoon of each.. asked for the chicken and they scraped what was left out of the bottom.. again about half what younormally get.. I asked if I could get a little more and was told it would cost extra... got to the cheese and same thing.. halfof what you normally get... finally just figured it is what it is I must be making up for the last guys that was falling in thefloor full... go to pay.. no chips... told them to forget it.. they did say have a great night (basically a flip off)... Well, they get busy? thankfully I was at the beginning of the rush. They had 1 gal manning the front and she seemed flustered. I... was unimpressed by how she dealt with the beans (super dry and gross looking, thought she was going to get new ones, just addedwater while talking about how gross they looked). So I'm not sure why but this Chipotle didn't taste Chipotle-ey enough. It was weird, each individual item tasted fine by itself... but not as a whole. The chips seemed thinner than normal as well. I let it sit overnight and I ate it in the morning and ittasted amazing. Maybe my food was too fresh and it didn't have time to marinade. Idk. But the restaurant was clean and theemployees were very nice. Sauces were full. We sat outside and it was great. Read more
