This was my 2nd visit; I opted to give them another opportunity to be better. I don't know how it is possible to mess up a plain... toasted bagel with plain cream cheese, but this is where the staff goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! This bagel was "toasted" just enoughto color the edges, the middle was somehow soaking wet and dripping, and absolutely disgusting. Working at the hospital acrossthe street, I was excited. Now I am just bummed. You won't get a 3rd chance. Read more
