I stopped in for lunch. The cashier was very nice. I was not sure what to get so she gave me her opinion what she liked. And I... went from there. I had the mushroom Swiss combo. Definitely a great place to go to! They even offer veggie burgers, which wasn’t bad but I dislike impossible burgers and... that’s what it was. But the fries oh my god. $2.69 for a whole LARGE container of fries? And I’d also ask for them lightlyseasoned because the first time I had them the salt was way too much. But that’s incredibly cheap and they’re really goodfries. My family even said the burgers were pretty good too! The wait can be long especially if you’re going on the weekendbut I don’t mind. Fresh Burger was recommended by several people as a place to get a great burger so I decided to give it a try. Thankfully, I... wasn’t disappointed! They have a variety of burger choices and mine was indeed, fresh. I was forewarned that I would likelyneed to wait a little longer than the average fast food joint’s wait time because their food is made to order. That ended upbeing true but it was worth it. My burger and fries came out piping hot and the service was great. Also, they have much morethan burgers and the menu is reasonably priced. I hate to leave bad reviews. If you look back at my review history, they are all good reviews. But this time just can’t be... helped. My husband and I went to the Fresh Burger on Shockley Ferry Rd today. Walked in the door at 12:23pm for a carry outorder of two cheeseburgers and two orders of fries. Nothing else. Did not leave the parking lot with our food until 1:04pm. Iunderstand a small wait and we normally try to be patient with that. But a wait that is almost an hour for a burger isabsolutely ridiculous. When we inquired about a refund after 30 mins of waiting we were told they were already working on ourorder. Do not come to this Fresh Burger unless you plan to wait a ridiculous amount of time for simple cheeseburgers. We willnot be back with the possibility of having to wait that long for food. They aren’t even bothering to tell people how long thewait will be and are just taking orders even though they are 45 mins behind. Definitely one of the worst experiences we haveever had. First time going and they are BOMB. A 10 piece wing combo is 15$ but lemme tell you it is WORTH IT. Cooked fresh to order so it... does take a while. Me and my boyfriend both got the jerk wings and they’re phenomenal. You get a great amount of food for theprice. Highly recommend and will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Read more
If anyone is looking for a burger that is fresh and like a home made burger this is a good place to go. It is freshly made as... ordered. It is not fast food or made ahead. It is made when ordered. They have burgers, wraps, salads, wings, and they havechicken sandwiches. They have fries, onion straws, and chili cheese fries. They have tea, coke product for soda, and lemonade.We haven't been inside at all, only thru the drive thru. The young ladies at the drive thru are very nice. We have only beenthere a hand full of times. We did call ahead one day to place our order. I was asked to hold on. Ten minutes later someone hungthe phone up. I called back and told the person that I was on hold for ten minutes and then someone hung up. She did apologizeand explained that they had been busy and forgot about the phone. Then asked me what would we like to order. I waited but Ididn't like the phone being hung up after I waited and our order not been taken. I understand that most all business are shorthanded right now. So, we try to be patient and understanding. I will say it can be difficult sometimes. We personally don'tlike their fries. They are like they have been cooked too long or double cooked. That is only our opinion. You will absolutelylove the burger! I have also ordered the grilled chicken salad. It had romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, cheese, cherrytomatoes, and cucumbers. It was suppose to have onions but I requested for no onions. Then your choice of dressing.
