They have had trouble having enough waiters/waitresses... but this time they were fine. Food was good and waiter did a great... job. Mediocre food, fair price, 40 minute wait at 4:30pm., "understaffed". But not horrible.
My husband and I were traveling in South Carolina when we stopped for a nice evening meal? we had a great server, she was very... attentive and concerned we were getting the meal we were paying for. The food was terrible, I ordered New York strip mediumrare. It came well done.( absolutely no pink) our sweet server returned the steak for a new one, 30 minutes later a rare rancidsteak is served. I tried and I could not eat it. I am not one to complain or even write a review, but this is an issue that Icouldn?t ignore. I came here with my family of 5. Was seated right away. It took a while before anyone acknowledged we were there at our table.... It took a long time to get drinks and rolls. We gave our order to the server right away in hopes that we be able to get our foodquickly. The service was slow. And the food came out correctly but was not hot. This is not the normal experience we have here.Better luck next time. Read more
The burgers were ok, the service was polite and helpful, but everything moved slowly. We stopped in after church on a Sunday... and were pleased to see tables available. Our server was Cheyenne, who was kind, but perhaps new to the job. She didn't quitehave the hospitality style working for her. Instead of "would you like" she asked "you want?". Our orders took a long time toarrive and during that time we noticed a family at a nearby table wasn't getting any service at all. Maybe some confusion aboutwho was to serve that table. The mom got up to ask for a server and it was still several minutes before anyone came to gettheir drink orders! We finished, paid and left before that table ever got food. If you order the burger with fried cheese, askfor steak sauce or mayo. The burger is very thick and dry. Read more
First time...probably the last. We came to Anderson to eat elsewhere for my husband's birthday. Our original destination was... closed, so we decided to try Logan's.We were really disappointed with the menu selection (maybe a different/more select menu forlunch than for dinner??) I ordered a burger, which arrived "open"- the top bun to one side with the toppings, the bottom bun tothe other side with the meat. I go to pick up the top to put my burger together and the bun is SOAKING wet...soggy and mush.From what, I do not know as nothing else on the plate was wet and there was no noticable moisture on the plate. I brought thisto the waitress' attention and she went to get another bun. It took a long time to get the bun- the majority of the rest of myparty was half through with their meals. (In the waitress' defense, other than the hostess, she was the only employee we saw inthe place until we were leaving.) The bun finally comes, I assemble my now cold burger, cut it in half to discover that my "welldone" burger was still very pink in the middle.... long story short, we came home with two plate of left overs as myself and theother person who ordered burgers couldn't finish them- they just weren't good. This was a very disappointing first visit and thevalue (qty, quality, and overall experience) were lacking. We won't be visiting this restaurant again. Read more

3.5/5, went without service for a while due to a mixup with table assignments but after a server took their own initiative to... wait me the service was excellent. Food as follows; Steak was excellent, a little overcooked (I ordered medium but came outmedium-well to well-ish) but seasoning was spot on and cut was prime. Ribs were good, but not quite award winning good (barringlack of decent competition). Fries were decently good, Chili was decent, but for a ?premium? side the Mac & Cheese looked andtasted as if it came straight out of a box of Kraft Mac & Cheese. Did like their dinner rolls. Read more
